UFBDirect Bank, a Waterfield Financial Services affiliate, typically remains in the top 5% of all banks for CD rates. They offer certificates of deposits with 1 month – 6 month terms as well as 1 year – 5 year terms. Earlier this week they were the number one yielding bank (according to Bankrate) for 2 year CD’s with a rate of 3.05% APY.

UFB Direct Bank offers their savings rates and products to customers nationwide. They are essentially an online bank which allows them to save a significant amount of money by not employing branch managers, tellers, maintenance crews, etc. They then claim that because of their low cost business model they are able to provide savings rates to customers that are frequently higher than the national average. One of their notable perks is that they offer global ATM reimbursment for all customers.
