		<description>Rates are low, but at least your not losing 50% of your money.  And savings should really be where you are keeping emergency funds, not investment funds.

Given that Fed Funds is unlikely to change, if you have considerable funds in savings accounts consider a CD ladder to at least increase your yield at little bit.</description>
