Their online banking system is a little basic compared to my JPMC account, but that isn't too surprising. The biggest problem is that you cannot wire/ach money out of their online system. However, my JPMC account can push and pull so it isn't a huge issue. also, you can set-up the account without going to the bank which was a requirement at some other high interest institutions.
