Below are the highest yielding CD (certificate of deposit) rates available to the residents of Dallas, Texas. The institutions we will cover all include the following cities in Texas: Grand Prairie, Irving, Richardson, Garland, Carrollton, Lewisville, Mesquite, Fort Worth, DeSoto and Rowlett.
