- Length of your introductory period will be either 0% for 9 months from the date of account opening on purchases and balance transfers, or 7 months from the date of account opening on purchases and balance transfers based on our review of your application and credit history.

CitiBank’s deposit rates are also fairly competitive when weighed against the national average. The most notable rate comes with their 24 month CD.

This is almost as good of a balance transfer offer as the Discover More Card but a good offer nonetheless.
